The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end brand management, content creation, and marketing execution for one or multiple assigned retail brands. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on operational delivery to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and showroom traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand-specific marketing plans to drive showroom traffic, revenue, and brand equity across retail and manufacturing sectors.
- Lead and optimise multi-channel campaigns (TV, Radio, Digital, Print) while supporting budget management to ensure maximum ROI.
- Produce high-impact assets including the Farquhar Kitchen Magazine, TVCs, and digital content schedules with a strong brand voice.
- Maintain websites (SEO), social media, and assist with qualifying incoming online enquiries within the CRM.
- Oversee POS, showroom presentation, and product rollouts.
- Coordinate events, activations, photoshoots, and sponsorships.
- Use Google Analytics, SKU analysis, and SurveyMonkey to monitor KPIs and guide data-driven decisions.
- Partner with sales and design teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management or a similar multi-channel marketing role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), WordPress, Mailchimp, and Zendesk.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with a strong ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
