Are you a natural-born leader looking to support and guide a dedicated team of educators in a Centre Leadership role?
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director to join our team from the start of July, 2026.

As the Assistant Director, your role is key to building a positive, warm, fun, and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across everything we do! You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team in line with best practice.
Day to day, you can:

Take the lead with initiative, motivation, and flexibility while approaching every task with a proactive, mature mindset
Shine with your warm, compassionate leadership style while seamlessly showcasing your top-notch time management, organisational and communication skills.
Work alongside our National Learning, Research and Development Partners to provide the support and guidance to your teams across all things Pedagogy, including areas like Inclusion Support, Wellbeing and Sustainability

At least 12 months experience as an Assistant Director or Centre Director
Knowledge and experience with QikKids and StoryPark (or similar equivalent platforms)
A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
- Current and State-relevant Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
- Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
