Green Leaves Early Learning is preparing to open its Golden Bay Centre and seek a dedicated and passionate Centre Director!

We’re looking for someone ready to grow and succeed with us- to champion our Green Leaves Commitments and embed a culture of welcome, connection, kindness, and excellence.

Day to day, you can:

• Live and breathe our Green Leaves Commitments in your day-to-day practice
• Run smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while putting the children and team at the heart of everything we do
• Create memorable experiences by greeting every family with warmth and delivering high-quality tours and orientations
• Be a part of the local community by building genuine connections with local families and networks
• Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
• Champion quality education & care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with the support of our NLRDP Partners and your Operations Support Manager
• Work with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract our next generation of Educator superheroes.

About You:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education, or above
• Current State relevant Working with Children’s Check, Police Check + PRODA
• Current Child Protection Training
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
