About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and creative Brand Social Media & Communications Manager to lead execution across our portfolio of health and wellness brands (including SUP, Bounce, and Go Natural). This is a hands-on role combining content creation, campaign strategy and execution, influencer partnerships, e-commerce, and data-driven optimisation. This is a parental leave contract role with possibility to extend.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and lead integrated brand communications strategies across paid, owned, earned, and social channels.
Translate brand strategy into clear campaign messaging and storytelling frameworks.
Lead campaign planning and execution for brand, innovation, and product launch activity.
Manage creative, PR, influencer, and media agency partners.
Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints and communications.
Use consumer insights, cultural trends, and performance data to shape communications strategy.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimise based on brand and commercial outcomes.
Identify opportunities for earned media, influencer engagement, and cultural relevance.
Manage communications timelines, respective A&P budgets and phasing, and stakeholder reporting.
Act as primary liaison with media and production agencies
Run ambassador programs and execute influencer campaigns tied to launches.
Plan and deliver brand activations and events.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
3–5+ years experience in digital or social marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media platforms
Experience with influencers and campaigns
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Commercial mindset with data-driven decision making
