About the role

This role is responsible for shaping and executing compelling, insight-driven strategies that grow brand awareness, deepen community engagement, and contribute to business growth.

You’ll translate brand strategy into powerful social-first storytelling across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook—balancing creativity with analytics. Working closely with the brand and digital marketing teams, you’ll ensure every post, story, and comment reflects the brand’s voice and purpose.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tapped into emerging trends, and knows how to create content that connects authentically and performs commercially.

Key Responsibilities include:
Lead social influencer marketing and creator partnership programs for Nature’s Way
Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and talent partners to support the Nature’s Way priority product pillars
Work closely with our external media agency to activate content

Use performance data and platform insights to identify trends, refine strategies, and optimise content based on engagement, reach, sentiment, and growth metrics
Continuously test, iterate, and adapt content approaches while monitoring algorithm changes, leveraging tools like Meta, TikTok Business Suite, and Sprout Social

Skills and Experiences:
About you

3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, social media management, content creator programs, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and You Tube
Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end to end (briefing à contracting à execution à reporting)
Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on Social and Influencer KPIs
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience, particularly in cross functional organisations
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail
Bonus: experience with social commerce
