Brazilian Travel Consultant

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Brazilian Travel Consultant at Club Travel, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting clients with their travel arrangements

· Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in

· Advise current and prospective clients about destination options

· Making changes, requesting refunds

· Dealing with airlines

· Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Brazilian community

The Ideal Candidate:

· Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo

· At least 12 months experience in travel

· Passion for Travel

· A strong client focus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Portuguese Speaking

· Fluent English

· Good organizational skills.

· An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.

· A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach

Pay: €25,400.00-€26,000.00 per year
