Role/ Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes in line with the hotel's standards.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently to a 5-star level.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and stock levels during service.
• Keep the kitchen and breakfast stations clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team to deliver a smooth and efficient breakfast service.

About The Role

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-quality hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
