ABOUT THE DEN ‘S-HERTOGENBOSCH

The Den, 's-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, opened its doors in March 2022, as part of the Odyssey Hotel Group and franchise of Marriott International. With its location between city and nature, The Den is easily accessible and within walking distance of the city centre and the central station of ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

Current, the only Rooftop Restaurant & Bar in 's-Hertogenbosch, is where you will get the ultimate culinary experience. Discover this new, cosmopolitan destination with amazing views over the historic city and its green surroundings. At Current, you will enjoy the finest wines, best cocktails and the tastiest dishes. With the use of seasonal products and with worldly influences, we bring the best flavours to your table. The restaurant, bar and roof terrace are open from Wednesday until Saturday for lunch, dinner & drinks. On weekdays the atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, on weekends the energy is as weekends should be. It's all about the vibe!

Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is located in Paleiskwartier, just a 10-minute walk from the central station of 's-Hertogenbosch. From the Paleisbrug, there is direct access to the lift that takes you upstairs. Find us on top of The Den!

THE POSITION

We are seeking for a talented and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our team in our Kitchen department. As a Breakfast Cook at The Den, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day off right with a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, bacon, and more. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all breakfast items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards.

• Ensure all breakfast items are cooked and presented to perfection.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new breakfast menu items.

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Prior experience as a Breakfast Cook or similar role.

• Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
