Carrig County House is a family run county house and restaurant and member of Ireland's Blue Book. We have 16 bedrooms and cater for breakfast for our residents.

This role is ideal for a cook who enjoys early starts, and creating high-quality breakfast offerings. Breakfast is a la carte for our in-house guests and served from 7.30am -10am.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast service for guests
• Cook breakfast for guests
• Cater for dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organisation
• Ensure smooth service and timely delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a breakfast cook
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
• Ability to work independently and manage early morning service
• Professional, calm, and organised approach
• Own transport preferred due to rural location
• Flexibility and availability for weekend work
• Strong communication skill in the English language is necessary for this position.
