As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The 4* Spencer Hotel is in prime location overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin's financial district. Home to 209 guest bedrooms, 8 Meeting rooms, The Spencer Cocktail Bar & East Restaurant.We are now looking to recruit experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our dynamic F&B Team in East Restaurant located in The Spencer Hotel. Overlooking the River Liffey in the heart of Dublin’s financial district. The hotel is located within 10 minutes’ walk from O’Connell Street, with easy access to Connolly & Dublin Docklands Dart & commuter train stations. The Luas and Dublin Bus services are also within minutes’ walk from the Hotel.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the effective day to day operational running of our Restaurant during the busy breakfast service.
- Assist with lunch service
- Build relationships with our internal and external guest to encourage return stays
- Train restaurant colleagues on a daily basis in relation to the hotel standard operating procedures.
- Support the Food & Beverage Management with their duties.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, quality presentation, beverage products, health & safety and sanitation standards

The Ideal candidate will:

Have had previous Supervisory experience in a 4* Hotel or similar restaurant
Have a proven ability to manage a team
Be enthusiastic and vibrant in their outlook
Have a willingness to learn and develop their career further
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Must be available to work 40 hours a week
Must be eligible to work in Ireland
