The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning service with precision, warmth, and charm. This role is central to the guest experience, setting the tone for the day with seamless service and genuine hospitality.

You will oversee all aspects of breakfast operations, ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxed yet refined start to their day, in keeping with the standards of a luxury boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the breakfast service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and attentive delivery

- Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable first interaction each morning

- Manage and support the breakfast team, including training and daily briefings

- Maintain exceptional service standards in line with Michelin Key and SLH expectations

- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service

- Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining room

- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve any issues

- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment

- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

- Ability to work early mornings and maintain high energy throughout service

- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures

- A positive, can-do attitude with a calm and professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
