Title: Brewery Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Brewery Operator to join our production team. This hands-on role supports day-to-day brewery operations, including order fulfillment, deliveries, and assisting with brewing and cellar activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for brewing.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment & Distribution

• Process, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Load and unload vehicles safely, using forklift equipment where required

Brewery & Production Support

• Assist with keg cleaning and keg filling operations
• Support milling and brewing operations as required
• Assist with cleaning and sanitisation of tanks, vessels, and the production area
• Carry out basic laboratory work (e.g. gravity readings, basic quality checks)

General Duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Support the brewing team with general operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid full Irish driver’s licence
• Forklift experience (certification an advantage)
• Passion for brewing and interest in the craft beer industry
• Ability to carry out physical work, including lifting and cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous experience in a brewery or beverage production environment
• Basic knowledge of brewing processes or quality control

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
