Brewery Assistant

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brewery Assistant! This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have a passion for the F&B industry and want to be part of a vibrant team

Duties Include:

• Brewing: Assisting with the brewing process, from milling to packaging. This may include operating a keg washer, transferring beer, and carbonating.
• Safety: Ensuring the brewery complies with all governmental and industry standards and regulations. This includes prioritizing safety and wearing PPE.
• Quality assurance: Recording quality data and following brewing procedures to produce consistent finished beer.
• Inventory: Updating management on equipment and inventory status and needs.
• Maintenance: Making recommendations to the head brewer for maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facility and equipment.
• Special events: Supporting special event operations
• Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining the brewery, including brewing kettles,
• fermentation vessels, and packaging equipment.
