What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is:

• Self-driven and thrives in a sales environment.
• Charismatic and loves bonding with people.
• Energetic and enjoys being on their feet in a busy sometimes hectic setting.
• Detail-oriented, able to pick up on small clues and use them to guide decisions.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred).

A Day in the Life of a Bliss Stylist

• Help brides find their dream dress, creating unforgettable experiences for them and their loved ones.
• Mix and match styles to design unique looks tailored to each bride.
• Overcome sales objections with ease and confidence.
• Stay updated on bridal fashion trends and designers.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom (yes, that includes vacuuming and steaming dresses—it’s a team effort!).

Requirements

• Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday are essential).
• Passion for learning and staying on the leading edge of bridal fashion.
• Physically capable of walking, carrying gowns, and working on your feet all day.
• Strong communication skills and a talent for connecting with people.
