Mandatory Requirement
The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). To be eligible, you must hold valid photo identification and successfully meet all background and security clearance requirements.

Description:
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for keeping day-to-day airport operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced leadership role that requires you to balance multiple priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure seamless service delivery for our airline partners.

Your work will include:
Ensuring employee resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational requirements
Responding proactively to operational changes and client requests to maintain seamless service delivery and on-time performance
Overseeing roster management and providing solutions for ad-hoc leave coverage
Preparing daily operational reports and communicating key updates to management
Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to align on service requirements
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and confident in managing competing priorities. You’ll need excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused while leading your team in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Experiences:
Key skills and experience required:

• A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) - or ability to obtain one
• Experience with Aviation/Airline industry – desirable
• Previous experience managing and motivating a team
• A valid drivers license to commute to work
• Ability to perform all duties at a high standard of customer service
• Caring approach to dealing with people
• Clear communication and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong ability to multi-task, priorities and meet deadlines
• Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Highly personable and able to communicate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
• Manual Handling procedures
• Conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in report writing, in plain and clear English
• Intermediate skills for Microsoft Office Suite
• Awareness of the importance in achieving on time performance goals in an efficient and safe manner
