Brow Artist (Full Time) | MIRÉA Beauty Salon (OPENING MAY 2026)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Brow Artist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about enhancing natural beauty through precise brow work and delivering a high-quality client experience. You will be responsible for creating customized brow results, providing thoughtful consultations, and maintaining a consistent standard of service.

Duties

• Perform full face threading or waxing with precision, speed, and consistency
• Provide advanced brow services including shaping, mapping, tinting, henna brows, and lamination
• Perform lash lift and tint services
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable services
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstation at all times
• Deliver a professional and seamless client experience from start to finish
• Support front desk operations when needed, including booking and client check-in
• Recommend retail products and services to support client results
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products

Bonus (Not Required but Preferred)

• Experience in Permanent Makeup (opportunity to expand into this service will be available)

Requirements

• Proven experience in threading (full face), brow shaping, tinting, and related services
• Experience with brow lamination and lash lift and tint
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of brow symmetry and face framing
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Strong communication and client consultation skills
• Professional, reliable, and team oriented
• Existing clientele is an asset, or willingness to build one
