Positions Available: 2 (1 weekday day-shift + 1 student evening-shift)

We are a bubble tea store located in Westfield Mount Gravatt Shopping Centre. We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in great customer service and drink quality.

Available Positions & Required Availability

Position A – Weekday Day Shift Team Member (1 role)

Required availability (must have):

4–5 weekdays per week

9:30am – 4:00pm

This role suits someone seeking consistent weekday hours.

Position B – Student Evening Shift Team Member (1 role)

Required availability (must have):

Weekdays: 3:30pm – 9:30pm

Weekends: must be available

Please note: weekend closing shifts may finish as late as 10:30pm

This role suits a student who can commit to evenings and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

Provide friendly, efficient customer service

Prepare bubble tea/drinks to a consistent standard (training provided)

Operate POS/cash handling where required

Follow store procedures and food safety standards

Maintain cleanliness and organisation

Support the team during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Able to travel to/from work independently

Customer service/hospitality/POS experience is a plus (not essential)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
