Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Engage customers through conversation to understand preferences, experience levels, and desired outcomes
• Make tailored product recommendations based on individual needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis products and their effects, consumption methods, and proper usage
• Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales
• Maintain knowledge of current product inventory, new arrivals, and promotional offers
• Support store operations including merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness
• Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are consistently met
• Contribute to a positive team environment and overall store culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly desirable
• Sales experience is considered an asset
• Previous experience in the cannabis industry or familiarity with cannabis products is preferred but not required
• Must meet all legal requirements for working in a cannabis retail environment
