CIMA+ is seeking a BIM Professional to support the coordination, development, and delivery of building information models across multidisciplinary project teams. Working under the direction of the BIM Manager, this role supports project delivery in a Revit-based environment while contributing to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, tools, and workflows.

This position is ideal for a technically strong BIM professional who enjoys collaboration, model coordination, and supporting design teams on complex building projects.

This is a hybrid role that could be based out of either our Bowmanville, Mississauga, Edmonton or Calgary offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines in accordance with project requirements and BIM Execution Plans
  • Support model coordination and clash detection, working with project teams to resolve issues
  • Assist with BIM model setup, maintenance, and data management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support the application and ongoing improvement of BIM standards, processes, and tools
  • Manage models within Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) environments
  • Create and maintain Revit families and provide technical support to Revit users

Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent education in building engineering, drafting, or BIM coordination
  • Typically 3–5 years of experience in a BIM, drafting, or technical design role
  • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and the Autodesk AEC Collection
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary building projects
  • Background in architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical design
  • Knowledge of Dynamo or scripting/programming is considered an asse
