Your mission : You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and development of our office spaces. You will support customer reception services, assist in managing satellite offices, and contribute to the setup of other locations, including the Porto offices. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in facility management within a dynamic and international environment.

Be a part of our team where you will:

• Overdraft and Customer Support reception;

• Operational management of Satellite offices;

• Preparation for opening Porto office;

• Emerald opening preparation;

• Support Project Team New Building Luxembourg;

• Mobility survey analysis.

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g.: general management, business, controlling or related studies);

• You are fluent in English and French or German (the languages commonly spoken by our clients).
