Sumer Innovations is a remote building design and business networking platform utilizing the latest in automation and AI technologies to provide efficient services to local and remote clients. Our mission is to foster a sustainable construction industry through collaboration and innovative technology.
We are expanding our network of Building Inspector to provide services locally and remotely. As part of our platform, you will be connected to a global network of designers and listed on our local referral network. You will be matched with clients based on your expertise and availability, working independently.
This opportunity is ideal for small business owners and licensed independent contractors. The platform is free to join with a streamlined sign-up process.
Our Unique Operation Model
- Client Connections: Our platform connects you with clients, handling all marketing. You'll pay a small fee to access the client's information. You can meet clients remotely or locally to understand their needs and provide your quote and services directly to them. You can review the scope of work before accepting or declining a project. If you decline a project, you will not be charged the small fee. Upon acceptance, you will enter a direct project contract with the client and take full liability without Sumer Innovations involvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A business license is required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour
