Building Service Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients regarding building projects, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to upsell services effectively. Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their building needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate data entry of client interactions and project details in our systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products that may benefit the client.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is required; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in data entry and maintaining organised records is essential.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are a must.
• Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to analyse client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Pay: £31,323.00-£38,994.00 per year
