Niall Keely & Associates is looking to recruit an experienced professionals with a construction related qualification and an excellent know of the building regulations.

The successful candidate will be required to have good defect analysis skills.

The role we are currently recruiting for will mainly involve the inspection of rented accommodation within the Greater Dublin Area. Inspections will take place 4 days per week with one day per week based in our office. Some inspections may take place in the wider Leinster Area also.

We are looking for candidates with a qualification in Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture, Architectural Technology.

It is essential that all applicants have a full clean drivers license and their own car.

All applicants must be based in Ireland to be considered.

Applicants will require site / office experience and an excellent knowledge of the building regulations.

Full training will be provided.

Salary will depend on experience.

The salary on offer will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

Part-Time is a possibility for the right candidate and this may suit experienced professionals looking to return to the workplace following career breaks but not on a full time basis for now.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
