We are looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy speaking with people, understanding their needs, and helping them make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Contact qualified leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.

Understand each student's career goals and current job search challenges.

Explain our career placement services and answer questions.

Schedule Zoom consultations and follow up with prospects.

Build strong relationships with potential clients.

Maintain accurate CRM records and daily activity reports.

Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Confident and persuasive personality.

Strong listening and objection-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
