Job Summary
We’re looking for a Bulk Tank Milk Grader/Driver to join our team. This role includes evaluating raw milk quality at pick-up, maintaining compliance with grading standards, and transporting milk to processing facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Grade and assess raw milk during pick-up and transit
• Safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
• Ensure all health, safety, and milk handling regulations are followed
• Maintain accurate records and report quality concerns
• Collaborate with dispatch, farmers, receivers, mechanics, and fellow drivers
• Adhere to a year-round schedule (milk is picked up 365 days/year)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years minimum of commercial driving experience (we need to see this with a letter of experience from insurance!)
• Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract
• Experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will need to provide us with the following:

• CVOR Driver Abstract
• Copy of your Driver’s Licence
• Letter of Experience from your Commercial Insurance Provider
