This is more than a compliance-focused accounting role.
You’ll work alongside experienced advisors and partners with a diverse portfolio of clients, from entrepreneurs and growing businesses through to established and complex groups.
You’ll have the opportunity to go beyond the numbers, helping clients understand their financial position, solve problems, improve performance and make confident decisions about the future.

Depending on your level of experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver accounting, taxation and business advisory services
• Work across a diverse portfolio of businesses and industries
• Build and manage trusted client relationships
• Provide practical advice that makes a genuine difference to clients
• Take ownership of engagements and contribute to team performance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value
• Work closely with Directors and leaders who are invested in your development
• Progress your career with a clear pathway and opportunities to take on greater responsibility

What you’ll bring

We’re interested in hearing from Intermediate Accountants, Senior Accountants, Supervisors and Managers with experience in Business Advisory, Business Services or Tax within public practice.

You’ll ideally have:

• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualification, or be actively working towards completion
• Experience in business services, business advisory and/or tax within public practice
• Strong technical accounting and taxation capability
• A genuine interest in working with clients and understanding their businesses
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work
