WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Engage with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine business requirements through continuous feedback loops.
Drive continuous improvement by translating business needs into deliverable functionalities within agile release cycles.
Analyze existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operations.
Serve as a liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication of technical and business concepts.
Coordinate and support releases and system changes, aligning with agile methodologies and organizational goals.
Advise business teams on best practices to maximize the use of existing systems and technologies.
Stay updated on emerging IT trends and agile methodologies to drive continuous improvements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
A mininum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Strong experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, with familiarity in Agile/Continuous Improvement processes.
Proven track record in IT Business Analysis, especially in bridging IT and business needs.
Experience with ERP systems like S/4HANA and planning software is desirable.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with working in project teams, particularly in cross-functional and dynamic environments.
