Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Act Business Analyst to join a dynamic organization focused on quality, compliance, and enhancing data availability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to data compliance initiatives in a global and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to investigate solutions for data sharing in accordance with the Data Act.
• Lead pre-studies and initiatives to ensure data compliance within the organization’s products and services.
• Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments related to data compliance.
• Monitor and report on the progress of Data Act implementation projects.
• Coordinate meetings with project teams and various stakeholders.
• Build organizational awareness and competency in data compliance.
• Structure and manage documentation to support compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a global automotive or product development organization.
• Strong understanding of data compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with IT systems and vehicle data is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional technical pre-studies and initiatives.
• Skilled in risk and stakeholder management across organizations and levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start 2024-12-16 and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-07-18 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
