Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze customer needs.
- Accurately articulate the value of the company's products and solutions.
- Develop efficient solutions that align with product capabilities and customer requirements to effectively meet client needs.
- Provide guidance and design delivery solutions during key project delivery stages. Ensure the seamless transfer of these solutions to the project management team for effective implementation.
- Ensure the solution structures, maintenance practices, and execution methods comply with ITIL best practices.
- Compile operational and maintenance scenarios from various industries to provide insights and support to pre-sales and product teams.
- Develop prototypes tailored to customized requirements using Axure or Sketch, and ensure their design quality meets established standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in R&D, products, SA related positions.
- Must have ITSM implementation experience.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of the project management knowledge system and process, with strong capabilities in planning and risk management.
- Familiar with and experienced in using operation and maintenance products, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
