Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze customer needs.
Accurately articulate the value of the company's products and solutions.
Develop efficient solutions that align with product capabilities and customer requirements to effectively meet client needs.
Provide guidance and design delivery solutions during key project delivery stages. Ensure the seamless transfer of these solutions to the project management team for effective implementation.
Ensure the solution structures, maintenance practices, and execution methods comply with ITIL best practices.
Compile operational and maintenance scenarios from various industries to provide insights and support to pre-sales and product teams.
Develop prototypes tailored to customized requirements using Axure or Sketch, and ensure their design quality meets established standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in R&D, products, SA related positions.
Must have ITSM implementation experience.
ITIL certification is preferred.
Possesses a thorough understanding of the project management knowledge system and process, with strong capabilities in planning and risk management.
Familiar with and experienced in using operation and maintenance products, including automation tools, log analysis tools, and monitoring tools.
