Your Role

Within the Business Technology Team, you integrate into an established team of 12 people. As part of the Team, you will:

Engage with solution designer and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and needs (incl. documentation thereof)
Analyze business services/processes, identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and develop process models to illustrate current and future states (incl. documentation thereof)
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements/specifications, in line with Enterprise Architecture and applicable standards and taxonomies
Support and collaborate with technical teams in the development of fit-for-purpose solutions
Validate functional/operational/structural implications, feasibility and risks of proposed solutions and propose remediation where appropriate
Support technical teams in the solution build or implement the solution and deployment according to specifications, incl. functional testing
Analyze performance data and user feedback and drive continuous improvement

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years experience as Business analysis
Bachelor of software engineering or equivalent
In depth knowledge of SQL and one data orchestration tool
Knowledge in Insurance and Fund industry
Independent, able to take initiative and to assess a problem autonomously
Strong communication and analytical skills
