Business Analyst - Administration De Fonds

Pour l’un de nos clients, une banque située à Luxembourg, nous recherchons un Business Analyst ayant des compétentes dans l’administration de fonds.

Prestations demandées :

  • Conduct feasibility studies for the project, in conjunction with the Business line

  • Guide the project implementation of new FA or MO business (new customer / new services of existing clients / new locations) or new FA or MO products

  • Analyze with a critical and constructive point of view the requirements formulated by the Business line

  • Act as the functional expert for existing or new complex requirements (products, regulatory, reporting…) in a multi-geographical environment

  • Act as the solution expert for existing or new solutions within a context of a unique platform and multi-jurisdictions usage, from the initiation phase to the rollout in production

  • Build and maintain the functional architecture of the Business line

  • Participate in strategic and/or clients driven projects

  • Share knowledge about his/her area of expertise within the team

  • Apply the standards of the entity regarding the life cycle of the project


Mission description

  • Manage technical upgrades/projects on the Multifonds ecosystem mainly WEM, in coordination with all IT internal and external teams, from the project initiation till production roll-out.

  • Ensure that objectives of the maintenances and the technical upgrades/project relevant to the applications are met according to the expected level of performance for the production.

  • Update IT documentation with each new release or infrastructure change.

  • Supply high-quality technical support and expertise to the Application Development & Maintenance team on ad-hoc requests.

  • Ensure service continuity of applications


Results expected

  • Active participation in the DFS migration into WEM project; Perform sanity checks in pre-production before the IT release. Perform sanity checks after the release and monitor the release effectiveness.

  • VeProactively detect IT issue by raising tickets (Monitoring and Alerting enhancement)

  • Formalize (via ticketing tool) and categorize the incoming requests. Assess properly the impact and Priority. Ensure tickets data quality.

  • Knowledge management: produce user guides, and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge database.


Prerequisites

  • Business: Funds industry

  • Norms & Process: i.e. ISAE3402 / KYC / AML / IFRS 17 / PRINCE 2 / ITIL / CMMI / Agile concepts / Information Security standards / Scrum / Kanban / Coach certification

  • Technical: MFFA / Master Excel / Access / XML / Database Administration / Packaging / Deployment /Testing / Debugging / Patching / Agile practices / Change management /

  • Functional: Multifonds Global Accounting / Expertise in FA

  • Technological: BO / XML / SQL / Oracle suite (Golden gate – BiPublisher- ODI – OBIEE- OEM – Oracle Weblogic)

  • Language: French / English
