For one of our main clients based in Luxembourg - major financial institution, we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in the area of finance, governance, and software development. You will play a crucial role in supporting the business process of a replacement of a software application (based on Java & PEGA) to a future lending platform progressively over the next years.
The role will be performed on hybrid mode (3 days in the office/home) based in Luxembourg, therefore being based in Luxembourg or relocation to Luxembourg will be required.
As IT Business Analyst, you will perform the following tasks:
Analysis of Business requirements in IT applications for business users in the financial sector.
Documentation of Business requirements.
Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint/iteration.
Perform requirements gathering with big group of stakeholders.
Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization.
Produce Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters.
Data modelling (using BPMN, UML, Conceptual data modelling).
Are you the perfect match?
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or other relevant field.
Advanced English skills (level C1).
2 years of experience in delivering IT developments for business users in the financial sector.
1 year of experience in the field of technical support.
Minimum 1 year of testing of IT applications in the financial sector.
Advanced knowledge of IT development methodologies and practices, as well as a good understanding of the lending life cycle.
Recommended knowledge of document management systems (SharePoint) and portals.
Advanced knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of process or Data Modelling techniques (BPMN, UML, Conceptual Data Modelling, etc.)
Recommended knowledge of French (level B2).
