About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Pharmacy Systems) with strong domain expertise in healthcare and pharmacy operations, including pharmacy management software (Kroll PMS), IVR eFax, and pharmacy mobile app ecosystems. • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Pharmacy Management Systems (Kroll PMS), IVR, eFax, and OTC workflows.
  • Create and maintain Solution Security Plans (SSPs) and other technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, analyze data flows, and provide solutions aligned with pharmacy compliance and best practices.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with pharmacy managers, IT development, QA, and external vendors to align project goals.
  • Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure delivery consistency.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, demos, and update sessions throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Project Management Support

  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release schedules.
  • Track project progress, report KPIs, and communicate timelines to business leadership.

5. Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design and document optimized pharmacy workflows for mobile apps, IVR/eFax systems, and OTC automation.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless data integration and customer experience.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — prepare test cases, monitor execution, and validate deliverables.

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current on pharmacy technology trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend strategic improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Contribute to innovation roadmaps for next-gen pharmacy digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 6–8 years in the Pharmacy / Healthcare domain.
  • Proven experience with Kroll Pharmacy Management System, IVR / eFax, and Pharmacy Mobile Applications.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, specialty pharmacy operations, and OTC processes.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Access.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PMP / CBAP certification (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
