Total Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Preferably from an IT company with exposure to banking projects)

Work Location: Baner, Pune

Preferred Domain: Banking (Working in IT is preferred)

Skills: Requirement Analysis, Business Process Design, Good written and verbal communication

Gender: Male/Female

Bond: Minimum 1-year service commitment after joining as a full-time employee on the company payroll.

Domain: Mandatory Banking experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday – Work From Office and Saturday Schedule: 2 Saturdays Working / 2 Saturdays Off

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong Banking/BFSI domain experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of banking operations, experience working on end-to-end software implementation projects, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a growing organization, the candidate will be expected to perform multiple roles beyond traditional business analysis, including functional testing, requirement validation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Job Profile

Business Analyst having minimum 1-4 years of experience in Banking application.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Elicit business requirements
2. Prepare FSD / Approach document.
3. Prepare prototype / wireframe / process flows
4. Finalize scope of the application
5. Provide KT to development / testing team
6. Help project manager for efforts estimation
7. Functional review / User acceptance testing
8. Product demo
9. Customer Interaction and functional design
10. Banking Domain knowledge is mandatory.
11. Remittance knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
12. Should have a Knowledge of BRD and FRD

Experience

• 2–4 years of total relevant experience, preferably with an IT company with Banking Domain

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance
• CBAP™ certification will be an added advantage
• Domain – Banking and Finance

• Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager
