We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between IT and the business, using data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve organisational processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and processes
• Analyse complex business problems and develop innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough data analysis and create comprehensive reports to support decision-making
• Design and implement business process improvements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings to various audiences
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
• Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions, recommending improvements as needed
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance business analysis techniques

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Excellent knowledge of business process modelling techniques
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and successful project delivery
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Solid understanding of business operations and processes across various functions
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or IIBA-AAC are desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent work
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German would be an advantage
