Job Description


To support our KAPS unit (Key Accounts and Project Solutions) within Doka at HQ (Austria) - reporting to the Director of this unit - we are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst and Assistance. This position is part of our global unit with many international colleagues. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks

  • You will be responsible for PowerBI management (regular manual updates of reports, close collaboration with and critical assessment of requests and requirements from various departments).
  • You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting (e.g. performing data analysis and preparation as requested by Global Key Account Management or Business Development, analyzing internal projects to optimize product usage and develop best practices).
  • You will support the planning, coordination and execution of internal KAPS department meetings and events
  • You will manage travel arrangements for team members in a timely and accurate manner, including those working remotely.
  • You will support various administrative and ad hoc tasks as required.

This position offers flexible working hours with a minimum of 20 hours per week, but full-time option is also available.


Qualifications

    • Completed education: HTL, HAK
    • Excellent communication skills in German & English (written and verbal), any other language is a plus
    • Technical experience with PowerBI: Knowledge of PowerBI, including manual updates and transition to live data.
    • Excellent Microsoft Word for Windows, Power Point, Excel and Outlook skills
    • Communication and coordination skills: Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders
    • Self-motivation and initiative: Ability to critically question requirements and proactively suggest improvements where necessary.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
    • Demonstrate tact, professionalism, maturity and respect in all dealings

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 35,726 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week - use group as of III.
