Business Analyst - Transforming Customer Care

At Customer Care, we’re facing some big challenges over the next years. Optimize the used tools and systems, create standard processes and get ready for the developments that will start soon. (Contact centre manager, CRM system, third party tools, AI implementation, etc.)

We need you to challenge us on the way we work today and prepare us for the next years. Finding new standard processes, help us improve business systems and create robust and logical workflows.

Your responsibilities:

• Help us find new solutions and processes in a more digital environment. Challenge us!

• Raise issues, problems or efficiency gains.

• Analyze core business processes and their respective digital tools, document them and make sure their implemented and followed. Yes, you’ll be seen as a digital teacher.

• Take responsibility for your own projects and deliver them from A to Z.

• You’ll have to translate complex IT business systems and digital tools in a way a 10 year old could understand. You’ll have to translate complex business processes and workflows in such a way that a 40 year old developer could understand.

• The list can go on for several different (lovely) bullet points, but we guess you get it.

As the company evolves, the teams are evolving and our people as well, this could change quickly. We’ll see what you like doing and we’ll set some new goals together.

Our expectations:

• A logic brain, a data-cruncher, excel lover or even an SQL master. Just show us your logical thinking skills.

• We want you to look for problems, identify them, and of course solve them.

• Not being afraid to take responsibility in projects, and tell us what we do wrong.

  • HR expects a Bachelor or Master degree. But we don’t really care. If you can show us your problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and passion for digital design/transformation, we’re good.

• Communication is key in this position. You must be able to advocate for your vision based on your arguments without fear, with a lot of determination. English should be impeccable. Dutch or French are a big plus.

• 40 hour week, indefinite contract (but this means you get 20 + 12 days of leave every year)
