We are looking for a dynamic Business Associate to join our team. This role involves connecting with prospective students, driving course admissions, and building corporate collaborations. You will work remotely while receiving full support and training in your first month.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach potential candidates for our courses through calls, social media, email, and in-person college visits.
- Convert leads into course admissions and achieve assigned targets.
- Use social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and email campaigns to reach prospective students.
- After the initial 2 months, start reaching out to corporate clients for collaborations, placement drives, and interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Own a laptop for work.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with people, build relationships, and achieve targets.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Salary: Fixed + Commission
