Wikreate Organisation is a sales and marketing company based in Bengaluru. We provide a platform for freshers and budding entrepreneurs to develop themselves and build their own legacy. Through various training and development programs, we prepare candidates for high-functioning corporate life and offer opportunities to own and run a business.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role as a business associate at Wikreate Organisation in Bengaluru. The Business Associate will be responsible for tasks such as client servicing, team management ,training and developing people as well as sales and marketing. We are not looking for a candidate who can just do one thing but who is interested in holistic business experience.
Qualifications:
- Freshers graduating in the years (2021,2022,2023,2024) Immediate joiners.
- Excellent in Communication
- Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCOM, MCOM, MBA, BE, Diploma, etc.
- Candidates currently staying in Bangalore are only eligible to apply for this role.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
