Job Title: Business Associate – Customer Support
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Associate to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound customer calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, satisfactory answers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
