Getting to the Osprey : Free onsite parking for staff . Using public transport , the bus will leave you just a short walk away from the hotel. Using the train , you can hop on the feeder bus into Naas from the Sallins train station and this will leave you with just a short walk to the hotel.
The Role:
We are seeking a forward‑thinking Business Automation Executive to drive digital transformation across the hotel. This role supports Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing the guest journey through smart automation and system optimization.
About The Role
Duties will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, sales, and marketing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Manage and optimize hotel systems (PMS, CRM, POS, channel manager, marketing tools) to ensure seamless data flow and reduce manual workload.
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for , sales performance, guest insights, and campaign results.
- Support Sales & Marketing with CRM automation, lead management workflows, targeted segmentation, and automated email campaigns.
- Enhance the guest journey through automated pre‑arrival, in‑stay, and post‑stay communications, upselling, and personalization.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and support commercial goals.
- Train teams on new systems, tools, and automated processes to ensure smooth adoption.
- Maintain data accuracy, system compliance, and GDPR standards across all automated workflows.
- Research and recommend new technologies that support operational excellence and revenue growth.
Required Criteria
- Level 8 in Hospitality Management
- Experience working in a hotel in Operations, sales and Marketing
