Service & Performance, BOBST is looking for a Business Contract Coordinator. This is a permanent contract, based in our headquarters in Mex.
The Business Contract Coordinator is responsible to set up and manage back-office tools and processes for customer contracts in the perimeter of the new subscription business models (pay-per-use, equipment-as-a-service, etc…) and to support sales teams in selling these new business models to Bobst customers.
This position requires an excellent combination of industry knowledge, sales operations management and marketing/commercial skills combined with strong personal leadership and drive to be credible and effective at all level of the Bobst organization and with Bobst customers.
The Business Contract Coordinator will report to the New Business Models & Contracts Director.
The Business Contract Coordinator is responsible of the entire process of creating, managing and monitoring New business model contracts, in close collaboration with the sales people.
His main objective is to develop the new business model contracts turnover and related customer satisfaction together with the sales team.
Your responsibilities include - amongst others:
- Support the sales team to initiate and manage Salesforce opportunities for new business model contracts from the establishing of the customer offer up to the order closing and customer signature.
- Invoice all the new business model contracts according to their billing cycle and payment method in coordination with other departments (Local Entities, Finance, etc…).
- Manage the parts and service orders and other related tasks linked with the new business model contracts in coordination with other departments (sales, supply-chain, technical services, IoT Lab, IoT Ops, finance, etc...). Define and execute process efficiency improvement actions.
- Create tracking reports in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team, follow-up the contracts profitability and propose turnover improvement opportunities.

- CRM & ERP sales operations management
- Customer focus and business results oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- SAP and/or Salesforce knowledge and work experience would be a plus
In order to ensure a smooth integration and communication with all stakeholders, you are at least fluent in English and French. Any other language would be a plus.
