1. Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through calls, emails, visits, or social media.
- Research markets to find new business opportunities.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and suggest suitable products or services.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Prepare and present business proposals or quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Marketing & Strategy Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Attend business meetings, events, and exhibitions to represent the company.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve products or services.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, leads, and conversions.
- Track competitors’ activities and market trends.
