Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead conversion, and service-based selling.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, pitching services, managing follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and databases.
- Pitch company services to potential clients and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in selling services (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills. (English as a primary language)
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives (based on experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
