Business Development And Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development and Operations Coordinator to drive the growth of our cleaning services business. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and connect with potential customers to grow the client base.
• Attend site visits, prepare quotations, and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Schedule and track jobs, ensuring seamless coordination with staff and customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain high service standards.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
• Maintain and update client and staff databases.
• Assist in strategizing and implementing new business initiatives to expand service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

About You:

• Knowledge of tools like Xero, Jobber, and Microsoft Office.
• Background in the cleaning or service industry (preferred but not essential).
• A reliable vehicle and a full driver’s license.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and eager to grow the business.
