Job Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective learners via calls and consultations.
  • Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable Scaler programs.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture them through the enrollment journey.
  • Explain the value proposition of Scaler's courses and mentorship programs.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

Must Have:

  • 1–6 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for sales and target achievement.
  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech preferred).

Good to Have:

  • Experience in EdTech, IT Services, or Tech Product Sales.
  • Knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ) CRM.
  • Experience handling high-value sales (ticket size above ₹50,000).
  • Exposure to K12 or Higher Education domain.
