At Hatmar & Co. Business Consultants, we are committed to driving business growth and building strong client relationships. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, expand client networks, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Track and report on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and business meetings as required.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote company services and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
