  • Develop appointment strategies, including targeted research, tailored sales presentations, and pre-meeting preparation.
  • Manage follow-ups to ensure all agreed next steps and commitments from meetings are completed efficiently, driving the sale to a successful close.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective executive-level meetings and provide regular updates on progress.

Member Retention, Advocacy & Referrals

  • Build strong relationships with key members through regular calls, encouraging advocacy and securing referrals.
  • Qualify referrals and manage them through the pipeline, either closing directly within the assigned market or assigning them to the relevant Business Development Executive.
  • Maintain engagement with tailored follow-up emails, highlighting opportunities for deeper involvement and collaboration.
  • Report weekly on member engagement and referral KPIs to management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

CRM Management

  • Collect and manage member data within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Use the CRM to report and present on KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of CRM properties.

You may also be required to take on additional responsibilities aligned with your role as both your position and the organisation grow.
