Business Development Executive — Premier Contract Cleaning

Premier Contract Cleaning is a growing B2B commercial cleaning company based in Dublin, working with corporate offices, retail, healthcare, industrial, and logistics clients across the city. We're looking for a Business Development Executive to lead our growth into larger, longer-term contracts through direct relationship-building — not cold-call volume or high-pressure sales.

This is a relationship-led, field-based role. You'll be out meeting facilities managers, procurement leads, and decision-makers, building trust and visibility with the kind of organisations that need substantial, ongoing cleaning services — not chasing every tender that comes across a desk.

A company vehicle (with Premier Contract Cleaning branding) is provided for the role.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
