Business Development Manager – Transport & Warehousing

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our transport and storage business in Dublin.

The role involves finding new customers, building relationships and working with our operations team to develop practical solutions for their transport and warehousing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business across transport and storage.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to agreement.
• Keep up to date with market developments and potential opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity and progress.

What we’re looking for

• Ideally, 3–5 years’ business development experience in transport, logistics or freight forwarding.
• A track record of winning business and meeting sales targets.
• An understanding of warehousing and storage services.
• Good communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage your own workload and follow through on opportunities.

An established industry network would be an advantage.
